Refund Policy

The customer has a withdrawal period of 7 days to cancel their order after receipt of it (return of items in their original packaging in new condition, accompanied by the original invoice and a bank account number). After this period, no refund or return of goods will be considered without prior agreement. The cost of returning the products is the responsibility of the customer (except in the event of an error on our part: incorrect reference, data entry error). No goods returned freight collect will be accepted by our After-Sales Service. Any return request, including within the legal withdrawal period, must be submitted to PARICI in writing (email or mail) for acceptance.
