Deliveries and Returns

We make every effort to ensure your delivery as quickly as possible. Packages are shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your payment.
If you choose to ship by La Poste or Colissimo, your package will arrive within 48 to 72 hours after dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays) for Metropolitan France.
If you prefer delivery via Chronopost, your package will arrive the day after dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays) for Metropolitan France.
Outside of Metropolitan France, the delivery time for your package will be estimated based on the destination country when you confirm your order. You will also receive a confirmation email upon dispatch of your goods indicating the delivery time, whether in France or abroad.
We would like to inform you that, although the delivery times indicated are respected in the vast majority of cases (99.9%), they may be slightly longer for reasons internal to the postal services. Indeed, the delivery of parcels depends solely on the postal services and not on our responsibility. In this case, we undertake to do everything possible to assist you with the postal services and ensure the arrival of your parcel as quickly as possible.
In order to ensure compliance with these deadlines, we ask you to please take note of the following:

If you do not receive your package within the stated timeframe, please check your package tracking number, sent by email at the time of dispatch (you can also find it on our website in the "my account" section of your personal space).

If the message says "Parcel pending, recipient notified with 15 days to collect the parcel," this means that your parcel is waiting at your post office because you were not there when the postman called. In this case, you simply go to the post office to collect your parcel. For the retention period of your parcel, the post office will consider the day after the day the delivery notice was left as day 1.

- Postal services can only deliver to one address and based on the information indicated when you order on our site.

- Unfortunately, it is not possible to set a specific delivery time.

- The postal services cannot contact you by telephone before delivery of the package.

For your information, the delivery rate depends on the weight of your order, the shipping method chosen, and the destination of the package.

The shipping costs are clearly indicated on the screen during the order validation process in phase 4 - Delivery.

Finally, regarding merchandise returns, we do our utmost to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, if an item does not suit you, you have 7 days from the date of receipt of your package to request a return or replacement. In this case, simply send us your request by email via our form You will then receive the return form by email. No returns will be accepted without our prior approval.
